A 50% deposit will secure your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before your stay or program. You are required to provide 7 days notice of cancellations of accommodation and programs to receive a full refund of your deposit less $100 administration costs. Less than 7 days notice will result in the full fee being payable. For cancellations of therapies 24 hours notice is required to avoid full charges being applied.
