Tree Top Retreat

A 50% deposit will secure your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before your stay or program. You are required to provide 7 days notice of cancellations of accommodation and programs to receive a full refund of your deposit less $50 administration costs. Less than 7 days notice will result in the full fee being applied. For cancellations of therapies, not pertaining to programs, 24 hours notice is required to avoid full charges being applied.

A 10% surcharge applies to accommodation and therapies booked on a public holiday, when a minimum of 2 nights must be booked.
