A 50% deposit will secure your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before your stay or program. Please provide 7 days notice of cancellations for accommodation and programs to receive a full refund of your deposit less $50 administration costs. Less that 7 days notice will result in the full fee being applied. For cancellations of therapies 24 hours notice is required to avoid full charges being applied.
